Those allegedly 'fake' blueberries sold at an Illinois Dunkin' Donuts restaurant could be worth $5 million.

Wow, I can't wait to see how this one turns out.  According to DNA Info, a Chicago man is suing Dunkin’ Donuts. He claims their blueberry doughnuts do not have 'real' blueberries.

I'm wondering, if they are not blueberries, what are they?

The lawsuit filed is a class-action lawsuit, which represents 100 people, stemmed from doughnuts he purchased last December at a Dunkin' Donut location in Chicago in the South Loop.

Dunkin' Doughnuts has not commented on the lawsuit. Bartosz Grabowski is seeking $5 million. Judge Judy, are you available to hear this case?

We'll keep you posted.
