If Your Child Was Throwing Skates and Food at Our Police Friday, You’re a Horrible Parent

According to WIFR officers were called to "SkateCo" Friday night with the report of kids fighting. In a matter of time, the Rockford Police Officers were surrounded by roughly 100 juveniles that weren't raised correctly.

While trying to control the situation at 3209 North Main Street, our officers found themselves in an even messier situation. Kids, throwing food and skates at the officers. Let me make myself perfectly clear here...if your child was involved in this extra activity, YOU SUCK AS A PARENT.

When an officer is working, a police officer is on the scene in ANY situation...Allow them to do their job. You truly have failed as a parent if your kid was involved. Not showing respect to authority is on you as mom or dad.
