First off, if you are going to World Series game, thanks for asking me to go with. Second, according to WGN here are 8 things you need to know about your historic trip.

You won't be alone - After the game this past Saturday there were approx 30,000 celebrating in the streets. This is the World Series!

Parking will be a problem - Parking restrictions galore people. CTA, Uber, cab, find alternative transportation.

Watch out for additional closures - The city will shut things down is needed. Social media will keep you posted.

Don't worry, Wrigley Field is ready - You know Wrigley will be extra ready.  Food, beverage, flags flyin' and World Series banners are up!

Take public transit - So you don't have a ticket but still want to soak up the Wrigley atmosphere, Uber dude.

Park and ride  - It's free to park at Rockwell and Irving Park Rd., with a free shuttle to the game.

Paid parking will be expensive - Legit, anywhere from 70-300 to park. Yes I said $300.

Want to go? It'll cost you.  - You've heard the ticket price horror stories. An "average" ticket price will run you $6400.
