Funeral Arrangements Announced For Long-Time Park District Exec.

Webbs Norman often referred to his end of life events as a "graduation ceremony", which will be happening at one of Rockford's biggest sports facilities. He passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at age 85.

He dedicated his entire life to serving others while being the best husband, father, grandfather, family man, and friend.

Visitation Information: Friday, February 1, 2019, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church (925 5th Avenue, Rockford, IL).

Memorial Service Information: Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Indoor Sports Center at Mercyhealth Sportscore Two (8800 E. Riverside Blvd., Loves Park, IL).

There will be an opportunity for fellowship following the memorial service.
