As the story goes, Arizona State Rep. Paul Mosley likes to drive really fast, because according to him he can. This "above the law" state rep BRAGGED on a POLICE video that he will go 140 mph. According to FOX 10, Mr. Mosley has been pulled over seven times for speeding and it's a joke to him.
