So what can you do in 96 minutes, here in Rockford? Here is my list of Five Things you can do in Rockford, in 96 Minutes:

• Nine, ten minute oil changes
• Get half way through the line at the DMV
• Drive down Alpine starting at 173 around 4:45pm and make it to the Route 20 Exit
• Go to Peak and in 20 min abs, 60 min of cardio, and 16 minutes at the cafe to cool down
• Ask the Midday Girl from 97WZOK one question, and sit back and listen to her response
