Dog Saves Biker After Crash

This story has completely pulled on my heart strings and I knew I had to share it with you immediately.

Sammy the Dog did something incredible for his owner Rodney Shaw. Sammy loves to ride on the motorcycle with his owner Rodney.

Rodney and Sammy were out riding just like any other day when it began to heavily rain. When the pair reached the 4700 block of Spring Creek Road, that's when it happened.

A drunk driver clipped the back of his bike and Rodney fell unconscious after the crash. Sammy the Dog also flew off of the bike, but came to Rodney's rescue. There Sammy was sitting on Rodney's chest licking his face to wake him up.

This story truly touched my heart. I've never had a pet dog but I can only imagine the incredible bond between owner and human. I've never had a motorcycle crash of my own, yet I have known both friends and family members who have been involved in crashes as well.
