District Bar & Grill Owner Collecting Items For Three Weeks for Texas Victims

Looking to help out those in Texas affected by Hurricane Harvey?

When tragedy strikes in this country, those that care step up and do whatever they can. For three weeks in the Rockford area, there are several chances for you to lend a helping hand.

Andy Roiniotis, owner of District Bar & Grill is making District and several other locations around our area "drop off centers" for supplies for those in need in Texas.

There will be a truck that will be filled up and send south to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey. The drop off locations where the truck will be parked are as follows:

• District Bar & Grill ths Friday night and Saturday for "Off The Waterfront"
• Saturday September 9th - Screw City Beer Festival, downtown Rockford
• Saturday September 16th - Roscoe Mud Volleyball, Riverside Park Roscoe
• RBI, Onyx, District during this three week time frame

The list on needed items includes:

• Toiletries
• Diapers/wipes
• Pet Food
• Ziplock Bags
• Empty NEW gas cans

Cash donations will also be excepted.
