Cubs Opening Day Roster Announced for a Grand Slam Weekend

Saturday we kick off a Grand Slam Weekend on The Eagle.

All weekend The Eagle will be standing in the batters box, ready to go yard. Heck, we will even "Babe Ruth" things and call our shot.

You will get a Grand Slam (four in a row) from an Eagle artist all weekend long. Four in a row from Van Halen, four in a row from the Rolling Stones, four in a row from Led Zeppelin, etc.

So we will be doing our best to get you excited for a brand new Major League Baseball season, as the Chicago Cubs prepare to defend their World Series Championship.

The Cubs open things up Sunday night in St Louis and this is how the opening day roster looks.

Pretty interesting that there is no Javier Baez on opening day, but obviously Joe Maddon will be using him a ton this year.
