Creepy Clown is Terrorizing Waukesha, Wisconsin

A 'clown' with a white mask, large red hair and orange jumpsuit is scaring the crap out of people in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to write this blog because of my debilitating fear of clowns. I will persevere. I know, I had to give myself a pep talk in order to write the rest of this.

According to WISN in Waukesha, Wisconsin, residents are beside themselves after sightings of a person wearing a scary clown mask and an orange jumpsuit is being spotted near the campus of Carroll College.

This creepy clown is freaking students, neighbors, well... everyone out!

It's been spotted multiple times on multiple days. Students at Carroll even said he was wearing a different type of clown costume, resembling the Joker, at one time.

Police say not to worry, they say they know who he is, a teenage boy.

Police are saying that the boy is "developmentally delayed and is just doing this to see people's reaction. Both he and his parents were advised several times it would really help us out if he wouldn't stand out there doing that."

One thing is for sure, he is freaking a lot of people out.
