When you are planning a Cheap Trick/HOF trip to NYC there are some things you need to work on:

  • Transportation, Check.
  • Hotel, Check.
  • Checkered Bow Tie, Check.

I was just out in NYC a few months ago for an incredible wedding, and also the largest snowstorm in New York history. So my "tourist" time was limited.

It's important to embrace the East Coast culture, and by that I mean eat.

According to Shared Appetite here are the Top 10 Foods you Have to eat in New York.

Now, if you have specific places and foods I should try, please e-mail me!

  • New York Pizza - I will get some hate for this, but I do love NYC style pizza
  • Bagels - Done.
  • Burgers - Already have a burger place in mind
  • Ramen - Pass
  • Food Trucks - This could happen
  • Tacos - Who doesn't love tacos
  • BBQ - May pass, don't want to light up the press room at Hall of Fame Ceremony
  • Desserts - Had Red Velvet Cake out there last time, fantastic
  • Fine Dining - If Andy Gannon is buying...you bet

You can listen to my Rock and Roll Hall of Fame broadcast from Times Square, Thursday 2p-5p here:
