Beloit Man Failed At Robbing A Hardware Store With His Tool

An armed man went to a Beloit hardware store and tried to rob the place but failed, big time. Did he use the wrong tool during the attempted robbery?

Before the big reveal of what tool he used, you should know his plan was foiled and he ended up leaving empty-handed except for his tool). Ultimately, an employee ended up following him and called the police with his location. No surprise, but he got arrested. That tool, though, I mean come on, man.

He tried to rob the HARDWARE store with a SCREWDRIVER. Really, dude? That was the plan? I mean, it's a hardware store. How did he not walk in, look around, and think "maybe I should find something more intimidating?" Due to past charges including a domestic dispute, telephone harassment, and bomb scare (?!), he's still sitting in jail.
