Beer Yoga Classes Are Coming to Rockford

In January I wrote about these classes in Chicago and hoped they would make their way to Rockford. Prayers answered.

According to the beer and/or yoga fans at wrex.com, Prairie Street Brewhouse is the host for an event on Sunday (2/19) at 3:30 p.m.. If you can't make this Sunday work, they have other events scheduled for May 7, August 13 and November 13.

The event is called 'Ale Yeah Yoga' (say it a couple times and then you'll get it). The session will be 60-minutes of yoga followed by a pint and a granola bar. Obviously you have to be 21 to participate. You will need to buy a ticket ahead of time and you can do that HERE.
