Are you man Enough to go Pink

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, guys please show your support.

At the Pink Party tonight you will see me with pink on my fingers. I did this last year and it caused quite a reaction on social media. My favorite random comment was, "If Captain Jack does it, it must be o.k.".

Tonight we raise funds for Pink Heals Winnebago County and show our love and support for those that are affected by breast cancer. We have a live bra auction, a silent auction, and plenty of good times ahead.

Guys if you want to show support for a friend, co-worker, or loved one here is something simple, paint your nails pink. Maybe one or two, heck go all out and paint them all. A lot of times something simple like this, and maybe a little "different" is the best way to get a smile out of someone that is going through a hard time.

While we wish we could wave a magic wand and rid the world of all types of cancer, we can't. All we can do ifs gather together and show love and support. This is how I chose to do it. Everywhere I go and everything I do in October I will be reminded, and people that see me will as well.
