According to Authority Nutrition you should drink about a half gallon of water per day.

Eight, eight ounce glasses of water is kinda the rule of thumb. Obviously the more active you are, the more water you will need to replace.

I drink two gallons of water a day. If I don't get two, my body starts to wig out a bit. Crampy, dry mouth, etc. Now I wouldn't recommend what I did in this video, to ANYONE but for the sake of entertainment enjoy this.
