A New Meaning to Free Hugs [VIDEO]

It is the last hug a soldier will have before being deployed to war. On their arrival home it is their first hug.

Elizabeth Laird, or now known as the 'Hug Lady' is one of the sweetest women alive.

Her mission is to hug every soldier.

Many soldiers are deployed to war but before they go, they get a quick embrace from Elizabeth. She is there with a smiling face upon their return home to give them the same embrace.

Some soldiers have even told her that this their sixth hug from her.

It goes to show that the smallest of actions goes a long way.
