- Home Alone House (Winnetka)- The Home Alone House is a tourist attraction for sure
- Chicago Board of Trade - Batman Begins, Chicago Board of Trade Building is "Wayne Enterprises."
- Plano - Shots of what was supposed to be Kansas in "Man of Steel" were filmed around Plano, IL.
- Bluff City Cemetery (Elgin) - This cemetery was used in Nightmare of Elm Street
