Give an extra compliment to someone today, on National Compliment Day.  Complimenting someone has a very powerful effect. It can instill confidence, or validate someone's hard work and dedication.

Complimenting Tina Fox on a daily basis is easy, and it comes naturally. When you work with someone that takes pride in what they do and doesn't look at this as "a job", the compliments just roll right off my tongue.
