North of the border with dad for Father's Day, why not?

The tie, the card, the lunch, all Father's Day staples. How about packing up the family and heading north? They are a different breed with unusual habits in Wisconsin. If anything you could people watch up in that there state.

There is obviously a lot of food to consume and the beer isn't shabby. But why not give dad the full Wisconsin treatment. (Cheese curds are mandatory)

  • Catch a fantastic Wisconsin sunrise.
  • Go to a big community pancake breakfast put on by a church.
  • Do some heavy labor.
  • Go for a hike and check out Wisconsin’s gorgeous scenery.
  • Fire up the grill and eat some brats.
  • Wash your meal down with a premium Wisconsin beer.
  • Watch your beloved Green Bay Packers play. (editors note, skip this one)
  • Or, better yet, tailgate.(see above)
  • Go to a fish fry…they don’t all happen on Fridays.
  • Be a Sunday driver and just enjoy a sunset across the countryside.
  • Eat some fantastic frozen custard.
