Congrats Wisconsin, you are totally wasted.

According to a new study Wisconsin has 12 of the 20 drunkest cities in the country.

WISN reports that based on having the largest shares of heavy and binge drinking, and the largest numbers of bars, Wisconsin has twelve of the drunkest cities around.

For the record, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines you as a "binge drinker" if you consume four or more drinks if female and five or more drinks for guys during a single sitting.
