I drink a lot of water. Always bring my gallon with me to work, always sipping on it. Right now I'm about a gallon and a half per day. As I start training for a fall bodybuilding show I will crank it up to two and a half.The number one question i get is HOW do you drink so much?? I've been doing it this way for so long that there really is nothing to it. But for some it can be a struggle.
